Terms and Conditions - No Refunds for Consultation Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of consultation services by Andre Arellano to the client. By engaging in Andre Arellano’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Consultation Fees

2.1 The Client agrees to pay the applicable fees for the Services as specified by Andre Arellano.

2.2 All consultation fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of Andre Arellano’s services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Andre Arellano.

3. No Refunds Policy

3.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that all consultation fees paid to Andre Arellano are non-refundable.

3.2 Andre Arellano does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services, changes in circumstances, or the inability to utilize the Services.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling

4.1 The Client may request to cancel or reschedule a consultation session by providing written notice to Andre Arellano within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled session.

4.2 Andre Arellano reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations or rescheduling requests received outside of the agreed-upon notice period.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials, documents, and information provided by Andre Arellano during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Andre Arellano.

5.2 The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any of Andre Arellano's intellectual property without prior written consent from Andre Arellano.

6. imitation of Liability

6.1 Andre Arellano shall not be liable to the Client for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

6.2 The Client acknowledges that Andre Arellano's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for Andre Arellano’s services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, City of Santa Ana, Local MTS (Jurisdiction Code: 1011). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, City of Santa Ana, Local MTS (Jurisdiction Code: 1011).
